Superb product warranties and a brand new façade was realised for these apartments. Remedial works to address cracks and water ingress using Keim Universal Render and Keim Glassfibre mesh were followed by coats of Keim Soldalit-ME mineral masonry paint; all chosen for their suitability to the exposure received to the different elevations.

The front elevation render was cracked and delaminating in places and water ingress was a problem generally. Some remedial works to the structure was necessary.
Cleervu provided the non-corroding satellite dishes.
The installation was complemented with new rain water goods, fascias, soffits and beige coloured non-corroding satellite dishes on stainless steel fixings.
The front & side elevations command a 20 year product warranty.
The less exposed rear elevations commands a 10 year product warranty.
